Phase 1:We will release 12.000 NFTS, for 1000USDT each, that will make you receive passive income for 25 years.

The passive income comes from the lemons themselves and will be equally paid to everyone every 4 months, when we will start selling the crop to big companies.

Phase 2:There will be 10.000 NFTs, for 1000USDT each. A total of 5 houses and 5 bungalows, each represented by 1000NFTs, which will be renovated and spent with a 10 year in income.

There will be updates every 3 month on the website and the passive income of each will be devided equialy for each NFT owner.

Phase 3: will be the Bungalows expansion project, with an eco-efficient architectural design with the use of alternative energy systems, that is already in progress with planning permission
